BonHom is excited to introduce our Trusted Partner Program, where you can earn a minimum of $500 for every vacation rental homeowner you refer who signs a contract with us. We believe that great partnerships lead to great results, and we're looking for trusted local advocates to help identify vacation homeowners who could benefit from our professional property management services in Walton County.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
The vacation home must be located in BonHom’s service area of Walton County.
The owner must be new to BonHom and not already in contact with our team.
The owner must sign a property management agreement with BonHom.
How much will I earn?
Minimums
Minimum payout $500 per signed contract
Bonus Payouts
Bonus payouts: In addition to base payout, you can earn extra for qualifying homes:
+$250 for properties located along 30A
+$250 for homes with a pool
+$250 for homes with an ocean view

When do I get paid
Payouts are issued within 30 days of the property going live.
